GCS900 Machines
Note: The machine will only recognise files in the below structure. Ensure ZIP files have been unzipped before placing on USB. (Do not use an Apple Mac to unzip)
- Create a folder name “Machine Control Data”.
- Open the Machine Control Data folder and create another folder called “All”.
- Place the machine control design folder that was exported from TBC into the “All” folder. The design folder will contain an SVD, SVL and CAL and/or CFG.
- Place the “Machine Control Data” folder onto a USB and plug it into the machine.

SCS900 and Siteworks Controllers
Note: Ensure ZIP files have been unzipped before loading onto the controller. (Do not use an Apple Mac to unzip)
To load SCS900 and Siteworks data onto a controller with Windows software:
- Navigate to the file explorer on the device. On the main hard drive (C: drive) open the folder named “Trimble Synchronizer Data”.
- Open the folder named after the controller e.g. “PC”, then open the folder called “Trimble SCS900 Data”.
- Save the SCS900 or Siteworks project folder created in TBC, into the “Trimble SCS900 Data” folder.
Note:
Windows path to project data: C:\Trimble Synchronizer Data\PC\Trimble SCS900 Data\<Project Name>
Android path to project data: Internal Storage\TrimbleSync\Siteworks\Data\<Project Name>
Earthworks Machines
Note: The machine will only recognise files in the below structure. Ensure ZIP files have been unzipped before placing on USB. (Do not use an Apple Mac to unzip)
To load Trimble Earthworks data onto a machine:
- Place the “ProjectLibrary” file that was created when exporting Earthworks data onto a USB.
- The machine will recognise any Earthworks data saved in the “ProjectLibrary” folder.
